🇦🇪 UAE Delivery

🚲 Bicycle Delivery

  • All bicycles are delivered fully assembled in the UAE (no packaging).

  • If you prefer the bike in a package without assembly, please leave us a message when placing your order.

⏱ Delivery Timing

  • Dubai

    • Orders placed before 2 PM → delivered within 48 hours

    • Orders placed after 2 PM → delivered within 72 hours

  • Other Emirates → 2–5 working days

  • ⚠️ Delivery times do not apply during Sunday, major holidays, or special dates.

💰 Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dubai & Sharjah

    • 0–5kg: AED15 per delivery

    • Above 5kg: AED29 per delivery

    • Free delivery on orders above AED200

  • Outside Dubai & Sharjah (Other Emirates)

    • 0–5kg: AED15 per delivery

    • Above 5kg: AED29 per bike delivery

    • Free delivery on orders above AED200

  • Remote & Far Areas (extra charge)

    • Delivery surcharge: AED80 per bike / AED30 per order (<5kg)

    • Remote areas include but are not limited to:

      • Dubai: Hatta, Madam, Masfoot, Fili, Munai, Wadi Al Helou, Lahbab, Nazwa, Muzairah, Al Qor

🚛 GCC Shipping (Land Freight)

Oman

  • 3–10 days by land

  • 0–5kg: AED50 | Above 5kg: AED100 per package

  • Free delivery above AED5000 per package

KSA (Saudi Arabia)

  • Main cities only

  • <2kg products: 3–5 working days (via iMile, trackable)

  • >2kg & bicycles: 7–14 working days

  • Fees: 0–1kg: AED80 | Above 1kg: AED200 per package

  • Shortest to Riyadh: 8 days; other cities: 8–15 days

  • ⚠️ Shipments by road, mostly non-trackable

  • No guaranteed door-to-door service; pickup at main city may be required

  • ❗ Refusal to pick up due to time/distance = no refund

Kuwait

  • 10–20 days by land

  • 0–5kg: AED100 | Above 5kg: AED200

  • Free delivery above AED7000 per package

Bahrain & Qatar

  • 7–20 days by land

  • 0–5kg: AED80 | Above 5kg: AED200

  • Free delivery above AED7000 per package

🌍 International Shipping (Outside GCC, India & Pakistan)

  • Shipped via Emirates Post Express International

  • Door-to-door delivery through the UPU network

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 working days

  • Includes tracking & customs clearance

  • ⚠️ Dependent on the operation of your local national postal system

Shipping Fees

  • Exact shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

  • The system will automatically determine the cost based on the package size, weight, and destination country.

🏤 Local Post Office Collection

  • In some countries, orders may be sent to the national post office.

  • If door-to-door service is not available, you will need to collect your goods from the local post office.

📌 Remote Area Shipping

  • Orders are generally shipped to main cities only.

  • No guarantee of door-to-door delivery on standard shipping.

  • Some locations may require pickup from designated shipping companies.

  • Please contact us before ordering if you are in a remote area or cannot find your destination in our list.
