Features
Integrated:1-1/2 inch large bearing paired with a standard 28.6mm steerer tube on the fork provides ample space for routing cables.
Aerodynamic: The aerodynamic shape has been optimized through Large Eddy Simulation (LES) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation using ANSYS software. At the zenith of aerodynamics, the design of this model approaches the very limits set by UCI regulations. Every detail has been meticulously crafted to ensure minimal air resistance. From the flattened headtube to the extra-wide seatstays, every curve and line is dedicated to achieving the ultimate aerodynamic performance.
TCF Tech manufacture:
The frame is made using TCF-TeXtreme Carbon Fabrics, achieving greater lightness without compromising stiffness or strength, and also improving impact resistance and surface smoothness. The blind carbon fibers in the TeXtreme Spread Tow (less than 0.05 mm per layer) thin layers suppress or delay the initiation of cracks in the composite structure under load. Preventing cracking and damage when subjected to higher loads, results in superior performance of the composite material.
NACA Tube Design: The NACA (National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics) Kamm Tail airfoil section tubing, inspired by aircraft wing profiles, features a truncated end that is cut off sharply near the trailing edge. This combination of airfoil design with a Kamm tail, similar to the currently popular D-shaped tubing, offers superior aerodynamic performance by efficiently slicing through the air.
